📋 Description

• Assess internal and external teams’ marketing goals and translate them into a clear, custom roadmap of recommended technical solutions • Create and QA Sprinklr configurations to maximize platform usage and output • Provide technical expertise and investigate and troubleshoot issues within Sprinklr • Collaborate with end-users in Social Care, Analytics, Advertising, PR, Marketing, and other departments • Write timely, accurate, and clear documentation of Sprinklr configuration details for internal and external purposes • Proactively provide platform best practices and anticipate needs for existing clients • Optimize Sprinklr usage and output to meet client business needs, increase ROI through automation and efficiencies, and improve end-user experience

🎯 Requirements

• Technical aptitude translating into programming and/or software deployment management • 1–2 years of Sprinklr or similar platforms is a plus • Completion or near completion of a BA or BS in Marketing, Technology, or another related field is required • Some programming experience is desired • Social media literacy and proficiency are desired • Demonstrated problem-solving pattern, energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and commitment to client satisfaction and success • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to create and deliver compelling, polished documentation • Minimum of Windows 10 and macOS 12.X • Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps • U.S. work authorization eligibility • Ability to meet project technology requirements: personal computer/phone, Windows 10 and macOS 13, 150 Mbps internet speed, and Apple Touch ID or Windows Hello camera capability
