📋 Description

• Aggregate and reconcile data from multiple sources into a single, authoritative view. • Collaborate directly with the CEO and client-facing teams to translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations. • Design and maintain standardized reporting templates and dashboards that deliver consistent, clean intelligence to executives and clients across every engagement. • Own quality control on all data outputs. • Elevate the quality, consistency, and speed of client-facing work products, including decks, data summaries, and campaign status reports. • Work with the firm’s AI-powered reporting infrastructure, further enhancing data ingestion, normalization, and delivery across the project lifecycle. • Identify new opportunities for automation and champion their transformation through intelligent tooling. • Maintain data governance standards, naming conventions, and workflow documentation. • Utilize predictive analysis to surface trends and provide data-driven recommendations that allow the firm to act before problems occur.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of analytical experience in financial services, with deep expertise in mutual funds or related investment products. • Advanced proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools (Excel/Power Query required; Python, SQL, or R strongly preferred). • Demonstrated ability to synthesize multi-source data into clean, executive-ready deliverables under deadline pressure. • Strong working knowledge of AI tools and their application to data workflows, reporting automation, or process improvement. • Exceptional attention to detail. You catch errors others miss and hold your work to a high standard. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; comfort translating data into narrative for senior executives and clients. • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, time-bound environment.
