📋 Description

• Own the setup, management, and optimization of ad campaigns across multiple ad servers • Shape the overall ad server strategy and raise the bar for the Ad Ops team • Drive campaign performance and mentor junior team members • Act as the go-to expert for complex technical and delivery challenges • Maximize ad revenue and improve team efficiency through process improvements and automation • Provide strategic input on yield, pricing, and inventory monetization • Collaborate with Traffic, Account, Data Analytics, and Product teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Ad Operations, Traffic Management, or a similar role • Experience mentoring or leading team members • In-depth proficiency with Google Ad Manager and other ad servers • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet software • Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and multitasking abilities • Effective communication skills • Proficiency in English • Ability to quickly learn new technologies
