📋 Description

• Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for client retention and new-to-bank growth • Build relationships with prospective clients and key centers of influence • Pull and analyze credit reports and review income/asset documentation • Assist Mortgage Loan Originators in determining optimal loan structures • Run Desktop Underwriter and prepare files for submission • Request and clear underwriting conditions to support on-time closings • Serve as primary point of contact for borrowers and realtors • Provide status updates and maintain a seamless client experience • Take initial application information over the phone • Schedule high-priority appointments and manage MLO calendars • Track document requests in Encompass and Salesforce • Review incoming files within 24 hours for discrepancies, omissions, or income/asset issues • Collaborate with MLOs and Underwriters to resolve complex file issues • Maintain adherence to company policy and state/federal regulatory guidelines, including RESPA and TILA • Ensure every file is audit-ready

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional office experience • Minimum of 1 year specifically in the mortgage or banking industry • Proven ability to manage client relationships and execute marketing initiatives for retention and new lead generation • General fluency in FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines • Previous experience with Encompass LOS or similar mortgage software • Proficiency in Google Workspace • Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline with strong attention to detail • Elite verbal and written communication skills • Direct experience with Blend and/or Salesforce (nice to have) • 1+ years of experience as a Loan Originator or Senior Processor (nice to have) • National and multi-state NMLS licensing maintained within the past 12 months (nice to have)
