📋 Description

• Manage and support multiple ongoing EDI vendor integrations • Configure, maintain, and monitor EDI connections for invoices, purchase orders, price lists, and other transactional data exchanges • Coordinate and communicate regularly with vendors to ensure successful integrations • Handle integration requests, setup processes, testing, and production deployment • Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues in a timely manner • Ensure customer requests are completed with high quality and within expected timelines • Track integration progress and maintain accurate documentation • Use internal tools such as HubSpot to manage workflows and follow processes • Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and integration processes • Identify risks or potential integration problems proactively

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience • Minimum 2 years of experience in EDI, billing operations, IT support, technical operations, or systems integrations • Mandatory hands-on experience with EDI integrations/processes • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written communication and professional email skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously • Strong organizational and follow-up skills • Experience working with vendors or external partners
