📋 Description
• Act as the operational extension of leadership within the technical organization • Build scalable delivery systems • Translate executive vision into execution • Help a growing technology company scale beyond founder dependency • Responsible for technical architecture, delivery workflows, and executable requirements for the engineering team
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years leading technical teams, delivery operations, or product execution • Strong experience in technical architecture and systems thinking • Experience working in small to mid-sized agile technology environments • Hands-on experience implementing Agile methodologies within operational teams • Solid understanding of Product Owner responsibilities and delivery frameworks • Experience managing technical delivery across multiple concurrent projects • Experience with Laserfiche
