📋 Description

• Build scalable delivery systems • Translate executive vision into execution • Help the technology company scale beyond founder dependency • Translate executive vision into scalable operational systems, technical architecture, delivery workflows, and executable requirements for the engineering team • Act as the operational extension of leadership within the technical organization • Provide technical leadership across architecture, product ownership, delivery, Agile operations, and team accountability

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading technical teams, delivery operations, or product execution • Strong experience in technical architecture and systems thinking • Experience working in small to mid-sized agile technology environments • Hands-on experience implementing Agile methodologies within operational teams • Solid understanding of Product Owner responsibilities and delivery frameworks • Experience building operational structures where formal systems did not previously exist • Experience managing technical delivery across multiple concurrent projects • Experience with Laserfiche • Strong understanding of cloud environments • Strong understanding of workflow automation platforms • Strong understanding of CRM systems • Strong understanding of operational tools • Strong understanding of systems integrations • Experience with project management platforms such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, and ClickUp • Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or similar integration tools • Practical knowledge of SQL Server and database environments (preferred) • Experience with AI-enabled operating systems or process automation environments (preferred)
