📋 Description

• Manage clinical operations in the assigned territory • Install company equipment and deliver customer training • Manage customer training operations and conduct follow-up training to monitor efficacy • Meet with the regional sales team and assist with territory sales quotas and objectives • Develop physician and staff advocates within customer practices • Reinforce good clinical practice and investigate and resolve clinical complaints • Maintain sales organization education standards • Support practice marketing efforts to drive pulse pack sales and required procedure promotion • Support capital representatives with clinical evaluations, demonstrations, and workshops • Support customer clinical research activities as a field clinical research liaison • Maintain current knowledge of the industry and competitive laser and energy-based devices • Communicate consistently with the VP of Clinical Education, Regional Sales Managers, Regional Sales Directors, and sales team • Update clinical account activities in Sofwave Medical’s customer database • Represent Sofwave Medical with integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism • Maintain professional dress and courtesy

🎯 Requirements

• RN, NP, PA, Esthetician, or related license required • BA/BS preferred • 5+ years of industry experience • Minimum of 2+ years of work experience in a clinical or health care field • Experience in the cosmetic/aesthetic field preferred • Previous training experience in a clinical practice • Experience positioning and promoting procedures within a practice to maximize utilization and sales • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Clear, confident oral presentation skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously • Ability to self-start and manage projects with minimal oversight • Ability to work independently with extensive travel • Ability to assimilate highly technical and complex information quickly and discuss it at a high level • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations • Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and assist in creating and refining company procedures • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and report findings • Ability to lift up to 115 lbs. for short durations • Required close and distant vision • Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, reach, bend, twist, kneel, or crouch as required • Moderate concentration and prolonged mental effort with limited breaks • Daily keyboard data entry
