📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to commercial teams delivering insights that drive revenue growth • Lead the development and management of annual budgets and rolling forecasts • Drive monthly and quarterly forecast updates, incorporating business trends, campaign performance, and market dynamics • Partner with stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations • Support month-end and quarterly close cycles, including variance analysis vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods • Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment of financial results • Prepare and present financial performance packages to stakeholders • Act as a key finance partner to Commercial teams • Provide financial guidance on marketing spend, customer acquisition, promotions, and pricing strategies • Support decision-making through scenario modeling, ROI analysis, and business case development • Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor trends and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field • 5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience • Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite) • Strong business partnering and communication skills • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
