📋 Description

• Evaluate, select, and prioritize launch projects aligned with strategic business objectives and financial goals • Assess market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive positioning to support investment decisions • Assemble, lead, and coordinate cross-functional launch teams • Drive collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Technical Services, R&D, and Business Leadership • Oversee comprehensive launch packages, including sales enablement and training materials, marketing and promotional assets, product and equipment readiness plans, and customer support and technical documentation • Ensure launch milestones and readiness criteria are achieved • Lead platform introductions into target markets and execute launch strategies • Monitor launch performance, market adoption, and competitive activity • Adapt strategies to maximize growth opportunities and market penetration • Identify secondary market opportunities and support long-term portfolio growth and refresh strategies • Partner with Business Management to address supply chain, operational, and commercial challenges • Collaborate with R&D and Technical Teams to ensure product quality, innovation, and customer value • Provide leadership and launch teams with project updates, recommendations, and performance insights

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated success in product launches, platform commercialization, project management, or a comparable role • Strong leadership and cross-functional team management skills • Experience within industrial water treatment, light industry markets, chemical solutions, facilities management, or related industries preferred • Excellent strategic planning, communication, and organizational capabilities • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive projects to completion in a dynamic business environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable business results
