📋 Description

• Manage and grow relationships within assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention • Deliver technical support and service that enhances customer outcomes and drives value • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand product usage and improve overall account performance • Analyze data, trends, and customer needs to develop actionable recommendations • Utilize systems and tools to effectively manage account activity, pipeline, and performance • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless and consistent customer experience • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, supporting overall team success • Expand market penetration for assigned regions and/ or targeted customers • Identify new customers and opportunities within the region and grow business while reinforcing TASKI and NSS brands. • Provide consultative sales and solutions to customers, Diversey sector teams and distributors in their region.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales • Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record • Comfortability operating vehicles with a trailer in tow • Ability to travel up to 40% • Documented time management, communication skills, decision making, interpersonal, computer and organizational skills • Computer technology experience – Email, Excel, Word, Power Point, Salesforce, Various Apps/Portals • Ability to work cross functionally to achieve company goals • Agility to lift objects up to 35 lbs. • Operate floor care equipment for the purpose of demonstrations and training
