📋 Description

• Create value for assigned customers through technical service • Identify new product opportunities and sell to existing customers • Maintain revenue, price capture, and gross profit • Maintain and build assigned business relationships • Review treatment programs and account processes through routine testing and monitoring • Conduct site and LMS/classroom training for territory plants and new customer sites • Sell new business and applications by developing and implementing sales plans • Manage account profitability, including pump settings, pricing, and accounts receivable • Review applications and processes for safety improvements • Respond to emergency call-ins during nights and weekends • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or another technical field • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a technical degree • 1–3 years of industry experience, preferably pulp and paper or water treatment • Documented results solving complex and non-routine technical problems • Project management experience with complex projects • Strong relationship management skills • Ability to learn and apply new concepts and technology • Ability to work autonomously and direct or coach indirect reports • Experience working with multiple organizational levels to achieve results • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Experience using a consultative sales process • Fluent in spoken and written French • Must be available for emergency call-ins during nights and weekends • Must reside within a one-hour commute of the mill • Strong technical and hands-on problem-solving skills • Demonstrated proficiency with hand tools and power tools • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment • Ability to safely operate, maintain, and select appropriate tools for maintenance and repair tasks
