📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage nursing licensure applications, renewals, updates, and maintenance activities across multiple states. • Support Nurse Practitioner licensing activities, including applications, renewals, state registrations, and related documentation. • Assist with National Provider Identifier (NPI) enrollment and maintenance for Nurse Practitioners and other assigned providers. • Support Virtis Health provider enrollment activities, including application preparation, submission, follow-up, and maintenance. • Assist with Soleo Rare licensing and enrollment initiatives. • Provide credentialing support through collection, verification, organization, and maintenance of provider documentation. • Assist with provider demographic updates, regulatory reporting, credentialing databases, and tracking systems. • Support payor enrollment activities, including application preparation, roster updates, recredentialing, and maintenance. • Maintain accurate electronic and physical records related to licensure, enrollment, and credentialing. • Monitor application statuses and renewal timelines to ensure timely submissions and compliance. • Communicate with licensing boards, enrollment organizations, credentialing entities, and internal stakeholders. • Assist with regulatory audits, documentation requests, and compliance reviews. • Provide backup support for the Lead Pharmacy Licensing & Regulatory Coordinator. • Participate in cross-training initiatives supporting business continuity and operational readiness. • Collaborate with Clinical Services, Human Resources, Operations, Finance, Contracting, and Compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. • Minimum two years of healthcare licensing, credentialing, provider enrollment, regulatory compliance, or healthcare administration experience preferred. • Experience working with provider enrollment, credentialing, nursing licensure, or healthcare regulatory processes preferred. • Knowledge of state licensing boards, NPI registration, credentialing requirements, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payor enrollment processes preferred. • Strong organizational, time management, and documentation management skills. • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. • Experience utilizing healthcare enrollment, credentialing, or compliance tracking systems preferred. • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders. • Monday-Friday availability, 8:30am-5pm.
