📋 Description

• Conduct pre-loss and post-loss assessments and inventory for clients • Catalog collections and support post-loss reconstruction, including inventory lists and photographs • Coordinate mitigation efforts with vendors on claims • Serve as the primary contact for the adjuster and insured • Create and send scopes of work to the adjuster • Coordinate onsite inspections and schedule claim appointments • Travel to loss sites and meet with insureds, points of contact, adjusters, and restoration vendors • Assess damage scope and conduct loss-site walkthroughs and insured interviews • Capture overall photographs documenting the loss • Independently capture complete inventories • Complete reports within 24 hours of inventory completion • Coordinate with transcription and valuation teams • Review final inventory and valuation reports for accuracy and deliver them to the adjuster • Perform additional related responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in leadership and/or project management • Knowledge of the insurance industry and/or commercial policies • Experience working in the insurance industry or around commercial claims or commercial property industries • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills • Team-player orientation and professionalism • Excellent MS Office, Outlook, and computer skills • Ability to travel 40–80%, locally and overnight, sometimes on short notice • Valid driver’s license • Ability to sit for multiple hours and work at a computer keyboard for multiple hours per day • Ability to remain alert and focused during the workday • Bachelor's or graduate studies helpful (not required)
