📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams to drive successful outcomes within project scope, timeline, quality, and budget expectations • Own end-to-end customer implementation delivery from post-sale kickoff through final delivery and handoff to Support • Lead project planning and execution, including WBS, critical path, and key milestones using industry-standard tools • Ensure delivery aligns with the Vocera Solutions Deployment Methodology • Identify, manage, resolve, and escalate project risks • Facilitate regular project status meetings, document minutes, and manage action items • Lead stakeholder engagement and synthesize input to refine scope and guide decisions • Archive project deliverables and documentation and satisfy project review and audit processes • Conduct project close-out, transition processes to Sales and Support, and share post-delivery lessons and feedback

🎯 Requirements

• BS or equivalent and 4+ years of professional work experience • PMP certification highly preferred • Project management experience in a professional services organization preferred, ideally within healthcare or software • Ability to travel up to 25% throughout North America • Strong project planning and execution skills, including WBS, critical path, and milestone management • Experience with project risk management, stakeholder engagement, project communications, and close-out processes • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks while managing multiple projects simultaneously • Strong judgment in ambiguity and ability to manage conflict under pressure
