📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent, strategic technology projects across infrastructure, applications, security, and enterprise initiatives • Build and actively manage project plans, schedules, and budgets using PMO-standard tools and templates • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and drive them to resolution • Partner with engineering, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders to remove obstacles and maintain delivery pace • Manage scope and change requests, evaluate trade-offs, and make recommendations • Coordinate interdependent workstreams, functional teams, and vendors • Provide evidence-based status updates for PMO governance and portfolio reviews • Drive on-time, in-scope, and on-budget project delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field • 5+ years of experience managing technology projects in a fast-paced, high-growth, or high-change environment • Ability to manage multiple concurrent, complex projects without losing momentum • Track record of driving projects to resolution, not just tracking and reporting status • Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills • Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, Asana, or equivalent • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including translating technical detail for varied audiences • PMP, CSM, or other project/Agile certification preferred • Experience with formal PMO governance preferred • Familiarity with technology infrastructure, application delivery, or security projects preferred • Experience in EdTech, higher education, or another complex, highly regulated industry preferred
