📋 Description

• Lead team- and organization-level operational programs focused on quality events, cost reduction, patient experience improvements, process creation, standardization, operational excellence, and business continuity • Develop and execute project plans from problem definition through implementation, monitoring, and ongoing optimization • Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, Data Science & Analytics, Legal, Finance, Compliance, third-party vendors, and other business partners • Define project requirements, facilitate execution, identify dependencies, and remove barriers • Independently manage multiple programs, prioritize initiatives, manage timelines, balance resources, and make tradeoff decisions • Identify program risks, develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans, and implement corrective actions • Drive continuous process improvements that increase efficiency and operational performance • Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings, driving discussion, decision-making, and accountability • Prepare project plans, status updates, executive summaries, and program documentation • Present recommendations and project updates to leaders up to two organizational levels above • Influence decisions without direct authority, build consensus, and maintain momentum on strategic initiatives • Gather, analyze, and interpret operational data to measure performance, evaluate business impact, and support data-driven decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, program management, or a related operational function • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional programs or projects from planning through execution with limited supervision • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously • Experience analyzing operational data to support business decisions and measure program effectiveness • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functional areas • Proven ability to identify risks, solve problems, and drive consensus in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Pharmacy Technician License in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy in your state of residence • Experience within pharmacy operations, healthcare, or regulated healthcare environments preferred • Experience leading operational excellence, process improvement, or cost reduction initiatives preferred • Familiarity with collaboration involving Product, Engineering, Data Science & Analytics, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and third-party vendors preferred • Experience supporting quality management, business continuity, or patient experience improvement programs preferred • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable operational recommendations preferred • Ability to work at a computer terminal for extended periods • Ability to stoop, bend, reach, make repetitive computer-operating motions, and move light objects up to 20 pounds • Ability to communicate verbally, discern auditory information, and visually perceive details • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
