📋 Description

• Serve as the business-side hub for high level active technology issues impacting CashForCars operations reported by fellow management or supervisor level employees • Track open tickets, upcoming enhancements, system issues, and project priorities through Jira and Confluence • Maintain CashForCars-related drip campaigns • Support use and coordination of Salesforce, MiCom, Calabrio, and AI tools including GPT, Gemini, and Claude • Contribute to MBR and QBR preparation and attend those meetings as a supporting business analytics and systems expert resource • Identify process gaps, system limitations, automation opportunities, and workflow improvements and assist in executing necessary changes • Provide clear, proactive updates to stakeholders on risks, status, dependencies, and next steps • Oversee an office coordinator/administrative assistant employee in handling minor day-to-day tech issues when needed for escalation • Report to the Direct Buy Portal Manager and work closely with business leadership, technology, analytics, and marketing stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience working across business operations, systems, stakeholders, and project teams • Ability to translate complex operational needs into clear business requirements, user stories, documentation, and follow-up actions • Experience with Salesforce, Jira, and related business systems; familiarity with Calabrio preferred • Strong analytical, written communication, verbal communication, organization, and independent problem-solving skills
