📋 Description

• Conduct and manage on-site insurance property claim inventory assignments according to SOS field inventory processes • Complete assigned tasks diligently in alignment with departmental, facility, operational, and corporate goals • Assist with business development activities for new and existing service offerings • Build and maintain customer relationships with adjusters to support retention and repeat use • Communicate daily with the Field Manager and Service Manager about operational issues and improvements • Follow all standard operating and safety procedures • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned • Perform work assignments safely and concisely in adverse, post-loss insurance claim conditions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong problem solving and project management skills • Excellent customer service skills with client policyholders and insurance company claim staff • Professional personal and vehicle appearance • Ability to work in adverse conditions and on post-loss insurance claims • Ability to perform assignments safely according to Enservio safety standards • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Strong problem solving and analytical skills • Strong interpersonal, writing, and communication skills • Excellent personal organization and leadership skills • Results-oriented and able to work in a team environment • Property and Casualty claim experience is a plus • Restoration industry experience is a plus • Ability to travel to site locations within the geographic area • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds without physical restrictions • Ability to work independently without direct onsite supervision • Valid driver's license • Reliable personal vehicle available for use
