📋 Description

• Conduct and manage on-site insurance property claim inventory assignments according to field inventory processes • Complete assigned tasks in alignment with department, operational, and corporate goals and objectives • Assist in business development activities for new and existing service offerings • Promote, build, and maintain customer relationships with adjusters to support retention and repeat use • Communicate daily with the Field Manager and Service Manager regarding operational issues and improvements • Follow standard operating and safety procedures • Work on post-loss insurance claims in adverse conditions • Perform assignments safely according to Enservio safety standards

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite • Strong problem solving and analytical skills • Strong interpersonal, writing and communication skills • Excellent personal organization and leadership skills • Results oriented with the ability to accomplish work in a team environment • Ability to travel to site location in your geographic area • Ability to lift without any physical restrictions up to 30 pounds • Ability to work independent of direct onsite supervision • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle available for use • Property and Casualty claim experience a plus • Restoration industry experience a plus
