📋 Description

• Serve as primary administrator for NetSuite, HubSpot, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS platforms • Manage user administration, permissions, and system configuration • Maintain data quality and platform documentation • Train staff on the systems they rely on • Liaise with technology vendors and support providers • Manage and maintain integrations across fundraising, CRM, financial, and operational systems • Troubleshoot data synchronization issues • Identify manual processes and build automated workflows using platform-native and low-code/no-code tools • Support API-based connections and middleware • Document automated processes • Evaluate practical AI tools and use cases that increase staff productivity • Help teams adopt AI tools responsibly through guidelines, examples, and hands-on support • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership visibility into organizational and program impact • Support reporting needs across the organization • Monitor data accuracy and address integrity issues at the source • Own baseline information security, including access management, security policies, and incident response • Perform periodic access reviews and system audits • Maintain IT policies and a basic business continuity/disaster recovery plan • Help ensure practices meet donor and organizational compliance expectations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration, business systems management, or technology operations • 2+ years of experience in NetSuite • Experience administering cloud-based business applications • Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, and SaaS ecosystems • Demonstrated experience building workflow automations, including AI platforms, Power Automate, Zapier, Celigo, etc., or leading practical process improvements • Comfort evaluating and quickly learning new software and AI tools and translating them into practical use for non-technical staff • Working knowledge of information security fundamentals, including access management, policy, and incident response • Excellent troubleshooting and customer-service orientation • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable working independently and wearing multiple hats in a lean, remote team • Data management, system integration knowledge, data validation, troubleshooting, and process documentation • Process mapping, workflow automation, AI utilization, problem-solving, and continuous improvement • Change management, training, communication, technology enablement, and AI literacy • Data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, business insight, and data storytelling
