• Design and implement the Medical Affairs operating model, governance structure, and annual planning processes. • Develop scalable processes, SOPs, and best practices to support organizational growth. • Drive operational excellence across all Medical Affairs activities. • Develop departmental dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics. • Establish mechanisms to measure Medical Affairs impact and effectiveness. • Manage Medical Affairs budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation. • Lead implementation and optimization of Medical Affairs technologies and platforms. • Support medical governance committees and cross-functional decision-making forums.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. • 7-10+ years of experience in Medical Affairs Operations, Commercial Operations, Clinical Operations, or related functions. • Demonstrated experience building operational infrastructure in a growing biotechnology or pharmaceutical organization. • Strong analytics, project management, budgeting, and leadership skills. • Experience supporting global Medical Affairs organizations preferred.
