📋 Description

• Own end-to-end operational execution of assigned new studio openings from lease execution through Grand Opening • Drive key dates and timelines, lead project-status discussions, and develop contingency plans • Serve as the primary cross-functional point of contact • Travel to new studio openings to lead studio setup and Grand Opening events • Integrate Development, Digital, Sales, Facilities, and Field Operations • Apply documented new studio opening processes to ensure operational readiness at turnover • Escalate scheduling, facility, construction punch-list, and equipment risks with recommended solutions • Maintain safe, clean, functional physical spaces • Assist with budget requests, analysis, and reporting • Order studio setup inventory, track deliveries, and perform supply inventory audits • Contribute to team goals, projects, process improvements, and peer learning • Contribute to operations and coach classes within the local market when not working on openings

🎯 Requirements

• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability • Clear and succinct communication skills • Ability to manage competing priorities • Professional maturity and adaptability • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is preferred • 5+ years of experience • Project management knowledge • Positive attitude and a ‘can do’ spirit
