📋 Description

• Provide in-depth clinical support and technical expertise to medical teams utilizing advanced surgical technology in operating room environments, with a focus on neurology-related procedures • Deliver hands-on training for neurosurgeons, OR nurses, and supporting staff • Support site readiness activities, including system installation and qualification, in collaboration with technical and engineering teams • Attend and support live cases, ensuring optimal workflow and clinical outcomes; assist with troubleshooting and documentation of case metrics • Build and sustain relationships with clinical stakeholders, ensuring confidence in system capabilities and long-term satisfaction • Document post-case findings, clinical outcomes, product feedback, and procedural insights through structured reporting tools • Act as a liaison between clinical users and technical support teams, ensuring continuous improvement based on real-world feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related clinical or life sciences field preferred • Previous experience working in an operating room, surgical, procedural, or medical device environment • Experience providing case coverage or direct clinical support during procedures preferred • Medical device clinical support, nursing, surgical services, or similar field-based healthcare experience preferred • Comfortable working directly with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary hospital teams • Strong communication, presentation, and clinical education skills • Ability to learn and communicate technical and clinical information effectively • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple hospital accounts and scheduled procedures • Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory • Experience in neurosurgery, oncology, radiation oncology, or other surgical specialties is a plus, but not required
