📋 Description

• Consult with clinicians on the safe and effective use of Solventum products • Attend procedures and product placements in hospital care settings • Drive sustainable business growth through account and territory management • Identify and solve customer financial and clinical priorities • Educate clinicians, including through inservicing • Build and maintain relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders • Use clinical and economic evidence to advocate for therapy adoption and new product introductions • Persuade stakeholders to advocate for proposed solutions and products • Provide customer support and service • Complete sales training and demonstrate proficiency • Use company software for planning, pipeline management, and utilization tracking • Represent Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums • Coordinate patient transition of care

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 2 years of sales and/or clinical experience, OR High School Diploma/GED AND 4 years of sales and/or clinical experience • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Current, valid Driver’s License • Must successfully complete a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review • Maintain ongoing eligibility under Solventum’s driver policy and insurance requirements • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
