📋 Description

• Gather and analyze customer data from various sources (e.g., usage logs, surveys, feedback), identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and track product performance to support data-driven decision-making and identify areas for product improvement. • Conduct market research to assess the competitor landscape and stay informed on healthcare industry trends and emerging technologies. • Develop data visualizations, reports, and insights for stakeholders, including results from A/B testing and experiment analysis, to support product and business decisions. • Collaborate with product teams to prioritize features, contribute to roadmap development, and set clinical and technical direction in alignment with product strategy. • Participate in cross-functional teams and coordinate with product owners, business leaders, developers, and others, while championing Agile principles across the organization. • Support team effectiveness by fostering an environment of innovation and professional growth, and maintaining accountability for conflict and change management to ensure productivity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field from an accredited university AND Eight (8) years of clinical software experience. • OR High school diploma/GED AND Fourteen (14) years of clinical software experience. • Healthcare expertise including analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data. • Proficiency in data analysis tools ( Power BI, QuickSight). • 8+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis or a related field. • Experience working with product management methodologies. • Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience working with distributed teams. • Experience applying structured and methodical approaches to problem-solving. • Experience providing direction and influencing stakeholders or team members.
