📋 Description

• Manage order release, billing setup, and documentation follow-up activities to support timely revenue realization • Review ship-pending orders for missing information and coordinate with internal and external customers to obtain required documentation for order release • Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to secure approvals and resolve issues impacting order release and billing processes • Prioritize daily worklists and recertification/reauthorization activities to minimize billing delays and revenue loss • Deliver excellent customer service • Identify process improvement opportunities • Provide team backup support and complete additional assigned responsibilities • Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution • Five (5) years of experience providing customer support, call center services, healthcare support, or related operational support • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word • Experience working with ERP and related business systems such as HERO, Oracle, Delair, FileNet, or Genesis • Strong customer service skills • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and sound business judgment • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
