📋 Description

• Manage accounts and sales territory to deliver sustainable business growth based on targets and quotas • Use data and analytics to inform business planning • Complete business planning requirements and maintain sales call data in Salesforce.com • Identify and solve customer financial and clinical priorities and constraints • Demonstrate proficiency after completing the sales training program • Consult routinely with clinicians on safe and effective product use • Persuade key stakeholders at post-acute facilities to advocate for proposed solutions and products • Manage relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders • Identify new patients who could benefit from therapy, including NPIs • Grow adoption and utilization of electronic order submission platforms and therapy consignment programs • Ensure orders are billable by obtaining required documentation • Provide customer support and service • Support conferences, trade shows, and symposiums • Work in a sales territory as a field-based representative with up to 20% overnight travel

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND minimum 2 years sales, clinical, or related experience; OR High School Diploma/GED AND minimum 6 years sales, clinical, or related experience • Current and valid driver’s license • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Must successfully complete a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review and maintain ongoing eligibility • Compliance with Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign-off • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status • Proven track record of quota and target attainment • Prior wound care, medical device, or DME sales/clinical experience • Experience navigating complex selling cycles • Demonstrated expertise establishing strong customer relationships with key influencers • Strong understanding of clinical value drivers across care areas • Customer-focused selling and closing • Outstanding data and analytical skills • Completion of a formal sales training program • Experience using a CRM, such as Salesforce • Experience navigating new product introductions and the value analysis review process • May be required to possess licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials or qualifications required by healthcare or third-party facilities
