📋 Description

• Promoting, training, and ensuring the proper implementation of Solventum solutions within hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions • Conducting visits within hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions to present and promote our products • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, and purchasing staff • Implementing account management by mapping physicians and procedures in assigned accounts • Promoting the proper use and sale of Solventum solutions • Driving the development of best practices by training and utilizing educational and marketing strategies • Leading customer product evaluations and conversions • Working together with business partners to develop relationships with key customers/accounts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher • 4 years of experience in medical device, Medicine, Nursing, Health Sciences, Healthcare, Marketing • Expert clinical experience • Updated knowledge of the operating room environment • Strong focus on achieving results • Public speaking and effective presentation skills • Time and territory management • Intermediate to advanced Spanish proficiency preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI • Experience with Salesforce • Customer orientation, problem-solving, adaptability to change, teamwork, oral expression, and assertive communication
