📋 Description

• Partner closely with business stakeholders and develop AI-powered analytics solutions and intelligent tools that deliver actionable insights to business users. • Design and build dynamic dashboards and decision-support applications using Power BI and Power Platform • Leverage LLMs and AI agents to synthesize structured and unstructured data into context-rich insights. • Utilize Azure AI Foundry, Fabric, and Snowflake to enable advanced analytics and AI use cases • Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP)-based approaches to enable more accurate, explainable, and scalable AI-driven outcomes • Translate complex healthcare datasets into clear business narratives to support commercial strategy, growth initiatives, and operational performance. • Identify opportunities to automate insights generation through AI-enabled workflows and intelligent agents. • Ensure alignment with healthcare KPIs, including performance tracking across IDNs, facilities, and commercial segments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and seven (7) years of experience in a data analytics role OR High school/ GED and 11 years of experience in a data analytics role • Four (4) Years experience working with SQL, data analysis, AI/ML concepts and BI tools • One (1) year Hands-on experience with building effective AI agents and application of AI in business use cases. • One (1)Year of Hands-on experience with modern cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, Fabric, Snowflake, etc.) • Three (3) years experience experience translating data into business insights and executive-ready storytelling
