📋 Description

• Coordinate the exchange of large amounts of product data between Solventum, government agencies, and channel partners • Perform and coordinate data aggregation to collect and transmit item-level product information • Complete ad-hoc customer requests, UDI data requests, and BUDI-DI requests cross-functionally • Perform data collection, cleansing, and aggregation and upload data for UDI submissions, including GUDID, EUDAMED, and ANVISA • Create documentation for internal Syndication processes • Manage a ServiceNow ticket queue of ad-hoc requests • Navigate ERP systems, PDF documents, and spreadsheets with 100,000+ rows to synthesize data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher and four years of medical device regulatory data experience, or High School Diploma/GED and eight years of medical device regulatory data experience • Two years of SQL experience • Four years of Microsoft Excel experience, including VLOOKUP/INDEX MATCH and pivot tables • Two years of data analysis experience • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employment-visa sponsorship • May be required to possess licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials required by healthcare or third-party facilities • Master's degree in medical device regulatory or data analysis is an additional qualification • Five years of medical device regulatory or data analysis experience is an additional qualification • Skills including Python, R Studio, and UDI knowledge are additional qualifications • Travel may include up to 5% international/domestic
