📋 Description

• Serve as the labor expert in the market by conducting MOD Reviews and recommending improvements to in-store labor-hour efficiency • Assist team members with technology usage issues and support effective tool use for in-store execution and Perfect Store compliance • Fulfill coaching requirements through in-field presence, data-driven guidance, and performance conversations • Analyze retail performance data across KPIs, Perfect Store metrics, and execution trends • Create dashboards, reports, and presentations for RDRs, DMs, RTMs, and leadership • Collaborate with Capability, Sales Strategy, and Operations teams on execution, training priorities, strategic planning, and territory optimization • Provide ad hoc analysis for initiatives, technology rollouts, and market decision-making • Prepare and finalize team-call content, including performance recaps, strategic updates, and coaching insights • Recap meeting and call notes with clear follow-ups and next steps

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred • 3–5 years in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, or other analytics tools • Strong communication and storytelling skills • Experience in retail or CPG preferred • Analytical thinking and ability to interpret complex data sets • Ability to connect performance data to real-world retail dynamics • Detail-oriented approach to reporting accuracy, dashboard refinement, and metric consistency • Ability to collaborate with RDRs, DMs, and RTMs • Problem-solving ability to identify root causes and recommend solutions
