📋 Description

• Facilitate end-user meetings and provide intermediate operational and application build expertise for complex assignments • Perform advanced design, build, and implementation assignments and projects • Translate complex application and operational requirements into functionality • Initiate, facilitate, or lead meetings with end-users, business owners, and EIS teams • Lead team projects, including translating customer needs, meeting deliverables, status reporting, and managing customer relationships and expectations • Fill in for the Team Lead when needed • Identify and resolve teamwork issues and escalate work issues to the Team Lead as needed • Participate in re-engineering operational workflow processes with end-users and business owners • Translate end-user and business-owner needs into system specifications and configuration requirements • Provide expertise on design integration and touch points with other Epic modules and applications • Lead work groups within the department or project scope • Represent the unit on Epic-related committees, including CAB, CHOCC, and LOCC • Assist the Team Lead with project plans and details • Manage and coordinate advanced configuration and build assignments/projects • Coach team members on application design, build, testing, and other tasks • Ensure documentation is provided for support and end-user training • Provide day-to-day guidance to assigned team members

🎯 Requirements

• Two (2) plus years of Epic Cadence design, build, and implementation experience • Decision Tree design and build experience required; preferably 1+ years • Provider Template Optimization, Visit Type Consolidation, Department and Provider, and Referrals build experience preferred • Project management experience • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously • High School Diploma/GED required • Epic Cadence Certification required • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare, or related field preferred • Decision Tree Badge preferred
