📋 Description

• Help design and develop talent management frameworks, tools, facilitator guides, and program resources • Coordinate talent intake processes with HR Business Partners and HRIS • Contribute to change management strategies for HR and business transformation initiatives • Draft stakeholder communications, support readiness assessments, and track adoption • Design information decks, visual presentations, and communication materials for talent and organizational effectiveness initiatives • Assist with organizational design materials, including org charts, role mapping, and workforce planning resources • Support execution of the annual performance review cycle • Provide ad hoc support for internal HR projects and initiatives • Stay current on HR trends and best practices in talent management, organizational development, and change management

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience supporting or executing talent management processes, including performance reviews and talent planning • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently with organization, follow-through, and attention to detail • Ability to manage competing priorities during high-volume periods • Experience collaborating as part of a team • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field; equivalent internship or academic experience will be considered, or experience leveraging talent-related tools and resources in the business • Experience with Workday considered a plus • Experience working with global teams preferred
