📋 Description

• Serve as a primary point of coordination for commission-related questions, disputes, and troubleshooting • Investigate commission issues by reviewing source data, plan logic, transaction history, and reporting outputs • Partner with Regional EVPs, MDs, and the Commission team to resolve discrepancies • Identify root causes of recurring commission issues and recommend process improvements • Support accurate interpretation of commission plans, crediting rules, and payout logic • Connect business leaders, the Commission team, and Enterprise Data Analytics • Translate stakeholder questions into analytical requirements and actionable next steps • Facilitate alignment across teams when issues involve multiple systems, owners, or perspectives • De-escalate sensitive situations and drive productive outcomes through communication and conflict resolution • Provide responsive, thoughtful, data-backed support to field leadership • Analyze commission data using Salesforce, Power BI, and Xactly or similar tools • Validate commission-related reporting and consistency between operational systems and downstream reporting • Monitor trends, anomalies, and exceptions affecting payouts and reporting accuracy • Improve visibility into commissions, credits, and performance metrics • Document business rules, recurring issues, and resolution patterns • Streamline commission workflows, issue tracking, and stakeholder communication • Leverage AI tools for automation, investigation, summarization, and process efficiency • Design repeatable processes that reduce manual effort and improve response times • Contribute to commission-related analytics, governance, and operating rhythms • Report to Jason Jewell on the Insights team and work with Regional EVPs, Managing Directors, the Commission team, and Enterprise Data Analytics

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in commissions, sales operations, revenue operations, finance analytics, or a related analytical role • Strong understanding of sales commissions, crediting concepts, and issue resolution workflows • Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, and Xactly or similar reporting and analytics tools • Ability to troubleshoot complex data or compensation-related issues across multiple stakeholders • Strong interpersonal skills to influence, mediate, and resolve conflict professionally • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment • Proficiency in Excel and general data analysis techniques • Experience in a high-growth, matrixed, or services-led organization preferred • Familiarity with commission plan administration, payout processes, or sales compensation operations preferred • Experience partnering with executive sales leadership and cross-functional analytics teams preferred • Exposure to AI tools or automation platforms preferred • Experience documenting business processes, requirements, or data definitions preferred
