Somethings is a digital peer-mentorship platform for teens that connects adolescents with Certified Peer Mentors via a mobile app (iOS and Android). 📋 Description

• Supervise Somethings Peer Support Specialist Mentors • Ensure the safety and clinical effectiveness of Mentors and teens • Manage Mentors to ensure they exceed expectations around professionalism and role requirements • Provide excellent documentation to the Clinical Operations team • Provide regular updates to the Head of Clinical Operations on the health of supervisees • Provide additional support to higher acuity teens when needed • Contribute to Somethings' mission to reduce the youth mental health crisis through a scaled network of Certified Peer Specialists

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed mental health provider (LPCC, LCSW, LMHC) in California • Experience supervising clinicians, peers, or other mental health providers • Strong working knowledge of ACT, DBT, and CBT modalities • Ability to supervise Mentors Monday through Thursday, 4PM PST–10PM PST, and Friday, 4PM PST–7PM PST • Willingness to provide additional support to higher acuity teens in the program • Experience working in a startup environment, specifically in healthcare (bonus) • Direct experience working with adolescents in a mental health setting and willingness to take on a small, intermittent clinical caseload of teens (bonus) • Highly empathetic, data driven, tech savvy, organized, and passionate about youth mental health
