📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations • Establish diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with clinical best practices and SonderMind standards • Manage and monitor medications • Assess treatment progress and adjust care plans as needed • Complete timely, accurate, and compliant documentation for all client encounters • Collaborate with therapists, care coordinators, and other providers to support continuity of care • Maintain a consistent schedule and meet baseline expectations for completed clinical encounters • Use the InSync platform and clinical tools to manage caseload, streamline documentation, and enhance care delivery • Participate in care coordination and internal collaboration included within the base salary

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in applicable state(s) • Active California PMHNP license • Active California 103 designation • Board-certified or board-eligible • Experience providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management • Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care • Ability to maintain timely and accurate documentation • Comfort working in a technology-enabled care environment • Familiarity with job-relevant AI platforms such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or other industry-standard AI productivity tools • NPI number • DEA number • Current U.S. residency and authorization to work for any U.S. employer • Must be comfortable completing sessions in any additional language spoken • Five years of clinical work history required for insurance credentialing; gaps of six months or more require explanation
