📋 Description

• Provide high-quality individual therapy to a diverse client population using evidence-based modalities tailored to client needs • Provide sessions utilizing American Sign Language as needed • Conduct intake assessments and develop and adjust individualized treatment plans • Maintain a consistent caseload with strong retention and book clients 3–4 weeks in advance • Complete timely, compliant session notes, treatment plans, and insurance paperwork by end of day • Collaborate with colleagues, care coordinators, and referring providers to deliver integrated care • Deliver services via telehealth and/or in-office • Communicate proactively with clients about scheduling, policies, and treatment expectations • Participate in team meetings, clinical trainings, and ongoing professional development • Stay current with clinical best practices, ethical standards, and licensure requirements • Maintain clinical quality, same-day documentation, client retention, and productivity targets • Use InSync and SonderMind clinical tools to manage caseload and streamline care delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Active and unrestricted licensure as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in good standing • Proficiency in American Sign Language required • Demonstrated experience providing individual therapy in an outpatient or similar setting • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and accurate clinical documentation • Ability to follow SMART note documentation protocols • Strong time management, scheduling discipline, and organizational skills • Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance • Ability to manage an independent caseload while maintaining client responsiveness and reliability • Familiarity with job-relevant AI productivity tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent industry-standard tools • Current U.S. residency and authorization to work for any U.S. employer • Professional license number and license state required in the application
