📋 Description

• Provide high-quality individual therapy to a diverse client population using evidence-based modalities • Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans • Adjust care as clients progress • Maintain a consistent caseload with strong retention and book clients 3–4 weeks in advance • Complete timely, compliant session notes, treatment plans, and insurance paperwork by end of day • Collaborate with colleagues, care coordinators, and referring providers to deliver integrated, whole-person care • Deliver services via telehealth and/or in-office while maintaining a private and professional environment • Communicate proactively with clients about scheduling, policies, and treatment expectations • Participate in team meetings, clinical trainings, and ongoing professional development • Stay current with clinical best practices, ethical standards, and licensure requirements • Maintain baseline encounters and clinical quality while managing a sustainable workload • Achieve same-day documentation meeting SonderMind, HIPAA, and payer compliance standards • Maintain 85%+ client retention and schedules booked 3–4 weeks in advance • Use InSync and SonderMind clinical tools to manage caseload and streamline care delivery • Monitor treatment progress and make timely treatment plan adjustments • Contribute to team collaboration and earn productivity incentives through consistent clinical performance

🎯 Requirements

• Active and unrestricted licensure as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in good standing • Demonstrated experience providing individual therapy services in an outpatient or similar setting • Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems and maintaining accurate clinical documentation • Ability to follow established SMART note documentation protocols • Strong time management, scheduling discipline, and organizational skills • Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance • Ability to manage an independent caseload while maintaining responsiveness and reliability for clients • Familiarity with job-relevant AI platforms such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or other industry-standard AI productivity tools • Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Must provide a National Provider Identifier (NPI) and professional license information • Graduate and undergraduate education history required on the application
