📋 Description

• Lead customers through successful implementation of SOPHiA GENETICS solutions, from initial planning and sample selection through configuration, training, and adoption via the MaxCare Program methodology • Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless project execution, integration, and adoption of the genomic analysis platform and tools • Partner with technical and Sales colleagues to understand customer requirements and draft Statements of Work (SOWs) • Project manage activities for successful execution of MaxCare Programs, including schedules, timelines, sampling strategies, and issue resolution • Provide onboarding support and technical training throughout customer-defined NGS workflows • Translate wet-lab, bioinformatics, data, and clinical requirements into practical implementation decisions and customer solutions • Support selected technical setup activities, including custom reporting and federated SSO authentication • Partner with specialist technical teams on complex technical needs • Build trusted relationships with sophisticated customer accounts • Collaborate across regional and global teams to deliver a consistent customer experience • Report to the Senior Manager, Implementation Services

🎯 Requirements

• BSc, MSc or PhD in a relevant field such as Genetics, Molecular Biology, Oncology or similar • Direct experience with Next-Generation Sequencing, library preparation, bioinformatics, and related consumables and products is critical • Logical, process-focused, and detail-orientated, capable of building, defining and upholding MaxCare Program timelines • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required • Previous working knowledge in a Commercial Technical support role linked to Genomics, including Field Applications Scientist, Clinical Application Consultant, Technical Specialist/Advisor or Subject Matter Expert within a Clinical Diagnostics, Biotech or Medical environment is highly valuable • Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to coordinate effectively and communicate with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders
