📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop the Finance System Support team, setting priorities and ensuring high-quality service. • Own day-to-day support for key finance systems, managing incidents, requests, recurring issues, and escalations. • Oversee month-end close support, including system readiness, process monitoring, issue resolution, and risk communication. • Manage finance system access processes, role governance, periodic reviews, segregation of duties considerations, and coordination with IT and control owners. • Partner with finance, IT, internal development teams, and external support providers to resolve complex issues and deliver sustainable fixes. • Establish support practices, documentation, controls, and user guidance across AP, AR, inventory, fixed assets, general ledger, CRM, and BI reporting. • Lead and support finance systems initiatives that strengthen controls, improve efficiency, support integrations, and address business and compliance needs. • Oversee requirements gathering, testing, change readiness, user communication, and post-implementation support. • Coordinate the quarterly release cycle from intake and prioritization through testing, deployment readiness, and impact communication. • Ensure finance systems align with business, audit, compliance, and control requirements while balancing stability, usability, and scalability. • Serve as an escalation point for finance leaders and business partners on system-related questions, process issues, controls, and support priorities. • Support AI-enabled initiatives that improve finance processes, insights, automation, and user experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with finance or accounting processes, including operational workflows, controls, accounting impacts, and system-related risks. • Previous people management experience is required, including leading, coaching, prioritizing work, managing escalations, and improving service delivery. • Experience supporting large ERP systems is required. • SAP experience is preferred. • Broader finance systems experience is beneficial. • Strong understanding of support processes, access management, change control, testing, documentation, release management, and finance system controls. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across finance, IT, development teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including complex issue investigation, root-cause identification, and controlled resolution. • Ability to manage multiple priorities, balance operational support with project delivery, and maintain high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment. • Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship.
