📋 Description

• Establish and maintain GitLab repositories for version control, code collaboration, and tracking changes to scripts, documentation, and system configurations • Implement role-based access controls (RBAC) in GitLab • Ensure only authorized personnel can access and modify repositories • Submit the GitLab Access & Security Compliance Report • Document repository management, user access controls, and security policies • Support mission requirements for a scalable, federated data ecosystem for a DoD customer • Enable interoperability, governance, mission-driven analytics, real-time information sharing, dynamic data integration, and mission-tailored analytical capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge and capability to administer, maintain, and optimize GitLab for version control, repository management, and secure DevSecOps workflows • Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline configuration, access control management, and code repository best practices • Strong troubleshooting and automation skills • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, or five (5) years of equivalent experience in GitLab administration • Demonstrated experience managing Git repositories • Demonstrated experience implementing CI/CD pipelines • Experience ensuring secure DevSecOps integration • Experience with access control policies • Experience with automated testing frameworks • Experience with software configuration management • Strong internet connection • Quiet workspace free from interruptions and background noise • Preferred certifications include GitLab Certified Associate or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), but these are not required
