• Configure and maintain JIRA workflows, projects, and issue tracking systems • Manage and optimize JIRA configurations to meet business and technical requirements • Integrate JIRA with GitLab, Confluence, and other DevOps tools • Support Agile methodologies and related project management practices • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to JIRA administration • Collaborate with development, operations, and project teams to improve processes and system functionality
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field OR five (5) years of equivalent experience in JIRA administration • Demonstrated experience configuring and managing JIRA workflows • Experience managing issue tracking systems and workflow automation • Proficiency in JIRA administration, including workflow development and permission management • Experience integrating JIRA with GitLab, Confluence, or other DevOps tools • Experience with Agile methodologies, dashboard customization, and service-level agreement (SLA) monitoring is required • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Atlassian Certified JIRA Administrator certification is desired • ITIL Foundation Certification is desired • No clearance required • Strong internet connection • Quiet workspace free from interruptions and background noise
