• Manage an account team for a assigned region. • Use personal expertise to identify complex solutions that meet the agency's needs. • Present solutions to the agency with a clear rationale and explanation. • Develop and implement relationship management plans for existing agency accounts. • Manage ongoing relationships with identified agency segments. • Ensure quality service and growth by managing a portfolio of complex agency relationships. • Enter client information into the CRM system. • Provide specialized training or coaching to others throughout the organization. • Motivate people to achieve local business goals. • Deliver a budget for an area of the organization or conduct complex analyses on budget progress.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, OR a combination of post-secondary training, professional education, and related experience equivalent to four (4) years. • Eight (8) years of demonstrated experience in district-level K–12 business administration/operational leadership experience involving budgeting, procurement, or vendor management. • Experience working with or within district-level K–12 business administration/operational leadership experience. • Experience in sales, business development, or strategic account management focused on K12 district clients. • Managerial experience of planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives as specified by more senior managers (Over 3 years to 6 years).
