📋 Description

• Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional support to students while modeling excellence in academic and professional practice • Foster enthusiasm for the learning process and actively engage with individual students • Integrate real-world career examples and professional expertise into course discussions and assignments • Grade assignments according to established rubrics • Deliver formative and summative feedback to promote continuous improvement • Teach online remote MSN Nursing Informatics courses, including Project Management, Healthcare Data Management, Healthcare Compliance and Quality, System Development Life Cycle, and Role Development Courses • Report directly to the Graduate Nursing Online Program Coordinator

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of a doctorate degree in nursing • Successful completion of at least 18 hours of directly related graduate coursework • Current unrestricted Registered Nurse license in a Nurse Licensure Compact state, or willingness to apply for licensure in Tennessee • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare informatics • Prior successful online teaching preferred • Informatics certification (HIMSS or ANCC) preferred
