• Promote Southend Pharmacy's longevity medication portfolio to providers through direct, face-to-face outreach • Build and maintain relationships with medspas, longevity clinics, wellness practices, and other relevant provider accounts • Drive new account adoption and grow volume within your existing network • Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements to inform sales strategy and maintain compliance • Participate fully in onboarding training and ongoing product education — this is a firm requirement of the role
• Proven track record in healthcare sales — experience in pharma, medical devices, GLP-1s, hormone replacement therapy, or compounding is highly valued • Established provider relationships in your market • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to work independently and manage your own time and territory • Willingness to dedicate a minimum of 15–20 hours per week to this role • Commitment to completing and maintaining Southend's training program • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
