📋 Description

• Synchronize operations of Association Banking products, account opening, and account revision processes • Assist clients with Treasury Management and Association Banking product delivery, paperwork, instructional documents, and training • Coordinate association transitions and movement of services • Manage implementation and monitoring of risk management policies for Association/Treasury Management services • Handle client and bank employee phone calls, emails, and tickets • Maintain customer contact regarding changes, additions, and issues with Association Banking products • Gather information and resources to resolve client issues and implement procedures • Resolve operational problems and coordinate corrective actions through completion • Communicate resolutions to clients and relationship managers • Collaborate with departments, branch personnel, and business partners on product implementation, training, and servicing • Participate in system tests and validations during updates • Provide customer service for property management companies and associations using Online Banking, ACH Origination, Bill Pay, Lockbox, and Remote Deposit Capture • Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, code of conduct, and regulatory guidelines • Assist other employees through positive collaboration • Maintain and improve skills through professional training and cross-training

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required • Bachelor’s Degree preferred • 2-4 years of experience in Association Banking, Treasury Management, or related experience in a financial institution • Incumbent must reside within SouthState footprint • Secure home office environment free from background noise and distractions • Reliable private internet connection not supplied by cellular data/hot spot; cable or fiber preferred • Ability to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports • Must be able to spend substantial time in front of a computer • Must complete required annual compliance training and New Employee Orientation • Travel may be required for department meetings and meetings with direct reports
