📋 Description

• Design and deliver enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards that provide actionable insights and support strategic decisions • Develop and maintain datasets using data modeling, DAX, and performance-focused measures • Optimize SQL queries and views to improve reporting, analytics, and data processing performance • Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve production reporting and analytics solutions • Resolve issues and ensure reliability, data accuracy, dataset performance, scalability, and BI environment efficiency • Collaborate with IT and Line of Business leadership to gather requirements • Translate business needs into scalable, data-driven business intelligence solutions • Support data availability, data mapping, integration of new data sources, governance, and security across reporting and analytics deliverables • Maintain compliance with banking regulations, data governance, and audit requirements • Perform additional duties assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or technical field, or equivalent practical experience • 6+ years in Business Intelligence • At least 4+ years specifically dedicated to the PowerBI ecosystem in an enterprise environment • Banking experience is preferred • Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including advanced DAX, Power Query, and complex star schema data models • Strong understanding of data warehousing principles and modern business intelligence best practices • Advanced SQL skills, including developing, optimizing, and tuning complex queries across large-scale relational data environments • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences • Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels • Ability to use a computer frequently, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor • Ability to sit, walk, and/or stand for extended periods of time • Ability to bend and reach • For remote positions, a secure and distraction-free setting with reliable internet connection; cable or fiber preferred, mobile hotspots not acceptable
