📋 Description

• Conduct thorough workplace investigations to gather facts, assess risk, and determine appropriate outcomes • Apply expertise in California employment law to navigate and resolve complex employee relations matters • Lead complex, sensitive, and high-risk workplace investigations • Assess organizational risk and influence leaders on appropriate resolutions • Coach leaders through employee relations decisions and investigation outcomes • Collaborate with Labor Relations, Legal, Global Security, and business leaders • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and HR partners on complex employee relations matters • Advise leaders on workplace investigations, performance concerns, and ADA reasonable accommodation requests • Facilitate training and education on Employee Relations topics, investigations, and workplace accommodations • Drive process improvement, standardization, best-practice implementation, and enhancement of Employee Relations tools and resources • Analyze case trends and conduct case aftercare • Identify opportunities to strengthen Employee Relations practices, processes, and organizational effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field • 5+ years of Employee Relations, Human Resources, or related experience • Proficiency in both Spanish and English for effective communication required • In-depth knowledge of California employment law • Ability to exercise discretion and manage confidential information • Reside within the Pacific time zone • Ability to travel up to 20% to California field locations • 5+ years of experience leading workplace investigations preferred • Experience consulting with senior leaders and influencing decision-making on complex, high-risk Employee Relations matters preferred • Experience working in unionized manufacturing, distribution, or production environments preferred • Experience with Employee Relations case management systems, such as HR Acuity or NAVEX EthicsPoint, preferred • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet commitments • Adaptability and ability to lead through ambiguity and change • Sound judgment and ability to influence decision-making in complex workplace situations • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives through project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management • Strong organizational, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills • Ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization • Strong written and verbal communication skills
