📋 Description

• Develop and maintain moderately complex reports and dashboards • Perform in-depth data analysis and identify trends to support decision-making within the Mortgage Lending Division • Collaborate with business units and cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights • Coordinate regulatory reporting requirements, including HMDA, Fair Lending Analysis, and state and federal reporting • Ensure reporting timeliness and accuracy, respond to findings, and provide supporting data to internal committees • Analyze data for trends, variances, and operational improvement opportunities • Validate and analyze reportable data and develop exception reports • Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports using BI tools • Automate manual reporting processes • Support development of a data dictionary for Mortgage Lending data • Document report procedures and processes • Train and support business users on reporting tools

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI and SSRS • Intermediate knowledge of Power BI, SSRS, and SQL • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills • Experience working with large datasets and relational databases • Strong working knowledge of residential mortgage lending data and/or terminology • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Ability to translate business questions into analytical queries and visualizations • Experience with Agile or project-based work environments, such as Jira • Experience developing and maintaining data dictionaries or business glossaries • High school diploma/GED or equivalent job experience in business intelligence, report development, data analysis, data integration, or information management • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred • Two to four years' experience as a Business Reporting Analyst I and/or similar role • Minimum of two years' experience in the Residential Mortgage Industry • Microsoft Power BI Certification preferred
