📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and analyze quantitative models evaluating ROI, IRR, pricing strategies, discounting impacts, and gross profit margins • Evaluate new products, feature iterations, and regional market expansions • Conduct market analysis and due diligence for new initiatives • Identify, source, and procure market data when required • Formulate evidence-based success criteria, KPI frameworks, and measurement plans for product pilots and proof-of-concept deployments • Track, evaluate, and report on commercial effectiveness, customer adoption, and revenue returns of product launches and territory expansions • Develop understanding of clinical workflows, applications, and commercial value propositions of upcoming R&D and product initiatives • Collaborate with Strategic Partnerships, Marketing, Product Management, Business Development, and Sales teams • Engage directly with customer stakeholders, pilot sites, and industry partners to gather feedback, validate assumptions, and refine go-to-market models • Perform other reasonable employment tasks assigned by company leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in financial analysis, market research, or business intelligence focused on go-to-market strategies • Healthcare IT, Software, or SaaS experience preferred • Demonstrated experience building financial models, including IRR, ROI, and P&L projections, for capital deployment and product investments • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related quantitative field required • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of SaaS financial metrics, margins, and investment evaluation models • Ability to identify and acquire external data sources and translate market research into actionable business plans • Ability to understand clinical workflows and articulate product capabilities as commercial and health system value • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Experience presenting financial analysis and market insights to leadership and external customers • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Strategic Partnerships • High proficiency in Excel, financial modeling tools, BI software, and data analysis software • Strong organizational, project, and timeline management capabilities • Ability to work in a remote environment with frequent cross-departmental interaction • Occasional travel may be required for customer/pilot site visits, conferences, and strategic planning meetings in Canada and the USA
